7. Nihonzera Hunt

Nihonzera Hunt is a personal shopping / sourcing service in Japan. By submitting a Hunt request, you also accept this section.

  • No success guarantee: we do our best to find the item, but we do not guarantee availability, existence, authenticity, or that purchase/export is possible.
  • Quotes: prices, fees, and shipping shown before approval are estimates and may change until you confirm.
  • Approval: we purchase and ship only after your approval via your secure Hunt link. By approving, you authorize the purchase on the confirmed terms.
  • Fees: in addition to the item price, Hunt Fee, purchase/handling fee, and actual international shipping apply, as described on the Hunt page.
  • Prohibited items: we do not handle illegal, hazardous, restricted items, or items that infringe third-party rights.
  • Customs and taxes: you are responsible for duties, taxes, and compliance in the destination country.
  • Secure link: your Hunt link grants access to the request. Do not share it. Nihonzera is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from sharing the link.
  • Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party seller descriptions, authenticity of used/vintage goods, customs delays or seizure, or transit loss beyond remedies we can reasonably pursue with carriers/sellers.
  • Refusal: we may refuse or cancel requests at our discretion, including for legal risk, shipping restrictions, or insufficient information.
